Rob and his team renovated our backyard (laying composite decking, grass, building a pergola, concreting down pavers, etc.) and we could not be happier! Even though it was a small job for them, Rob still gave us so much time and attention and fit us in throughout their other jobs to get the work done quickly. Rob and his team installed new steel beams under my house to replace damaged piers. We had originally got a quote from our regular builder, but I decided to look for other quotations for the work. Rob is extremely well spoken, honest and trustworthy and did a fantastic job and I am extremely satisfied with the quality and value of his work. He provided expert knowledge and guidance with making decisions with the job, and was always proactive in identifying and solving issues before they became problems. 10/10.

Bray Building recently completed a 60 square metre renovation on my single level story house. Apart from adding a huge 60square meters of space to our existing house, there were many more jobs that Bray Building organised and completed on our house. These included gyprocking all new and existing walls, installing a brand new kitchen and bathroom, installation of brand new windows and laying new wooden floors throughout the house. My house also had the roof repitched, had the old roof tiles replaced with colorbond roofing and new gutters, in addition to having all the old cladding replaced with new modern cladding. A front and rear deck were also built onto our house, not only do the decks provide us with a large entertaining space, they also complete the modernised look of our house. Our house is completely transformed and i am extremely happy with the end result. Rob and his team were punctual, friendly, clean and tidy. I would recommend Bray Building to anyone who is looking at renovating. Thanks again Rob.

We bought an old house with the intention of knocking down and rebuilding. After months of meeting builders, we came across Rob from
bray building who rocked up on time and very presentable. The first meeting we had he gave us options that no other builder had given. One of the options that stood out was a 2nd story addition which meant we could keep our existing structure and build another level on top and then reline the external walls to make it look brand new! We decided to go with Bray Building and after the first day of work onsite we knew we made the right decision. He is a hard worker with the whole team at Bray Building. He explained the process of what he was doing and that gave my partner and me peace of mind.
